Cancer Care Nova Scotia launched its Physical Activity and Cancer Care Working Group in May 2014.  A first key task was to summarize the evidence on this topic and publish this important document outlining the physical and psychological benefits of physical activity across the cancer continuum from prevention, screening through treatment, survivorship, and supportive and palliative care.
