Renewal and Recognition Program

Applications open Jan. 16, 2024 and close Feb. 15, 2024.

EIM On Campus (EIM-OC) launched its renewal and recognition program in 2014. Renewal was created to capture current data and information on participating campuses and recognition was made to honor campuses for their participation and engagement in EIM. Schools earn Gold, Silver or Bronze status based on their activities related to physical activity promotion, education and EIM integration into campus health services. Recognition provides an opportunity for campuses to enhance their image as a healthy academic environment and highlight their commitment to creating a culture of wellness.

Bronze – promote physical activity (PA) on campus
Silver – provide PA education/guidance
Gold – implement routine PA assessment and promotion in campus health

Make sure to gather proof using the EIM-OC Recognition Levels file (to the right) as guidance, as well as being aware of the current leadership team policies in the action guide. Without proper documentation and abidance of current leadership team policies, renewal and/or a recognition level will not be awarded.
